The story began ,19 years ago, with a Wissem’s dream (Manager of WESS EUROPEAN E-COMMERCE OÜ), an IT engineer who closely followed the evolution of E-commerce and digital , and worked at e-business consulting after graduating as a computer engineer from ENSI (National School of Computer Science) since 2000.

In 2008, Wissem developed a first africain e-commerce handicraft portal selling hand-made products on the Internet, mainly accepting Visa and MasterCard ; back in that time, this was an accomplishment and it still is by many people .It’s science fiction for certain countries in this world). Now is become a reality and it’s a dream of millions of people who want to sell (services or products) with Internet.
During his professional life Wissem held several positions in IT consulting, new technologies, he also worked as a senior engineer within from the Ministry of Defense,make consulting with the World Bank, developped e-export services on virtual market places with the International Trade Center (ITC), the World Trade Organization and United Nations. He is also now a teacher at ESEN (High School of Digital Manouba) also trained and assisted hundreds of business leaders for digital marketing with the program the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
